During your stay, you and your visitors may use the beach access, community parks, landscaped gardens, gym and swimming pools available to residents and guests of the complex. The community features child-friendly pools, kids' playground as well as a relaxing lounge area for adults.

Sol Dorado is located in Dorado, a beautiful coastal town on Puerto Rico’s north coast. The villa is conveniently situated about 30 minutes from Old San Juan and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, with easy access via PR-22 (Expreso de Diego).



Just minutes away, you’ll find everything you need, including major pharmacies, supermarkets, coffee shops, strip malls, a movie theater, and a mix of casual and chic restaurants. Guests can enjoy beachfront walks to a nearby fishing village and local eateries or take advantage of kite surfing and surfing lessons along the coast.



For added convenience, a hospital is only a 7-minute drive away. Dorado is also close to popular attractions such as Barceloneta Premium Outlets, the Arecibo Observatory, and other points of interest. Its central location makes it perfect for exploring the island—whether you’re heading west, visiting Old San Juan, or planning a scenic road trip into Puerto Rico’s lush mountains.



Getting Around:

Sol Dorado includes one free designated parking space within the gated complex. An additional visitor parking space is also available, and free street parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.



While some nearby spots are walkable, we recommend renting a car to comfortably get around and fully enjoy everything Dorado and the surrounding areas have to offer.

We offer special offers/discounts for stays that will be at least one week and for more than 28 days a month. Due to the location of the villa in Dorado, it can be used as a base for island business and work stays since it is close to the metropolitan area. We recommend renting a car to better enjoy the amenities that Dorado offers.
