Upon entering one of our favorite places anywhere, you will be wowed by the bright and inviting setting in this open concept condominium.

The kitchen/dining area is open to the living room and includes a peninsula with 4 stools and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and waffle maker.

The living room has a comfortable full size pull out couch, TV, chair, electric fireplace and views of the wooded hillside. The outdoor furnished balcony, which is accessible through sliding doors off the living room, is a wonderfully private, outdoor setting to enjoy when weather permits.

On the first floor you will find the primary suite with a queen size bed; private, full bath with tub and double sinks; closet, dresser and TV.

The first floor also boasts an additional full bath; washer and dryer; and space for hanging coats.

No spiral staircase here! Our condo offers the ease of a traditional staircase to the second floor open loft with 2 twin beds, closet, dresser and the convenience of a third full bath.
