The property includes the service of a housekeeper who will clean the house daily from 8 AM to 5 PM and prepare delicious breakfasts for you and your guests.
Note: Guests must provide the money for grocery shopping.

Additionally, the house comes with security from 5 PM to 8 AM to ensure your comfort and peace of mind, his name is Juan and he will be there for whatever you need!

First Floor: Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room equipped with a 75-inch TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows and movies.

The dining room, ideal for family dinners or gatherings with friends, is located next to a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you might need.

Additionally, we have an elevator that provides easy access to all floors of the house.

Third Floor: This floor houses three more bedrooms, equally comfortable and well-decorated, ensuring that all guests have a cozy space to rest.

Fourth Floor: The fourth floor is a true oasis of relaxation, featuring a jacuzzi with a capacity for 14 people and a 75-inch TV for entertainment while you unwind.

Fifth Floor: you will find an additional bedroom and an impressive rooftop, perfect for enjoying panoramic views and unforgettable outdoor moments.
