Designed with privacy and family living in mind, this entire second-floor residence offers an expansive layout with a private entrance. A true highlight of this home is the specialized dual-kitchen design. You will enjoy a stylish open-concept Western kitchen that is perfect for breakfast and socializing, along with a separate enclosed Working Kitchen designed for heavy cooking. You are situated in one of Vancouver’s most connected neighborhoods where a car is truly optional. The location is a commuter's dream, with the #25 bus stop just a one-minute walk away for direct access to UBC. A short five-minute walk brings you to the #19 bus for a direct route to Downtown Vancouver, while the Nanaimo SkyTrain Station is only an eight-minute stroll, whisking you to BC Place and the city center in moments. Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. The private ground-floor entrance leads up a flight of stairs to the main living area on the second floor. Your booking includes two dedicated parking spots. There are no shared spaces, and a smart lock is provided for easy self-check-in.

No Parties: Strict zero-tolerance policy.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the suite or near the entrance.
No Pets: Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shoes Off: Please remove outdoor shoes inside the suite to keep the floors clean.
Do Not Use Fireplace (Livingroom): The fireplace is currently out of order and is not available for use.
QUIET HOURS
10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Please be respectful of the residents upstairs and neighbors.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please dispose of trash in the kitchen bin.
If the kitchen bin is full: You may tie the garbage bag and put it in big garbage bins outside the house.
CLEANLINESS
Please treat the suite as you would your own home.
No need to deep clean, but excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
