Your private room offers a comfortable full-size bed adorned with crisp linens and plush pillows, promising restful nights and rejuvenating mornings. Your room is also accented with it in a room desk, two closets and a dresser to store any additional clothing items.

Down the hall is the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is shared amongst 3 rooms & adorned with traditional tiles and modern amenities for your comfort and convenience. refresh in the spacious walk-in shower, indulging in moments of self-care and relaxation.

As you open the window shutters, natural light floods the room, illuminating the space and offering glimpses of the lush greenery outside. Enjoy the gentle breeze and the sound of birdsong, embracing the essence of indoor-outdoor living that is quintessential to Spanish-style homes.

There are three shared bathrooms amongst three rooms. There`s a full bathroom upstairs next to your room and 2 half baths downstairs. You`ll never have to wait to pee! lol

Theres lots of cozy sitting areas to provide the perfect spots to unwind with a good book or simply bask in the serenity of your surroundings. Our home provides two living rooms for your convenience.

There are three separate spaces for dining. There is a dining room in the living room table for dining in the kitchen as well as the kitchen bar with a few bar stools! Although this is a shared space, there`s lots of room for privacy

Our kitchen is absolutely huge and stocked with basic cooking essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, silverware, microwave, coffee maker and drinking glasses. Everything you need to do a basic meal prep to prepare for whatever you have in store

Outside you`ll find a patio space with a pool.

Guests will have access to everything on the property except our private linen closets set up for our cleaners.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted on this property. All cars must be parked in the driveway and please drive slowly and cautiously, as there are often pedestrians and the speed limit on the street is 20mph. Loud music especially outdoors and loud noises, shouting, etc in particular late night will not be tolerated. This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood and we want it to stay that way for the enjoyment of our guests and our neighbors.
1. No Locals without Host Approval Prior to booking.
Absolutely no locals for overnight stays!!! We do not host locals unless its special event with Host approval
Reservations from local guests are not allowed. If it’s found that you are a local resident without host approval, your reservation will be cancelled immediately.

2. Smoking
No smoking inside the house. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is broken.

3. Pool Rules

No glass is allowed near the pool for safety reasons.
Do not leave toys, garbage, or personal items in the pool or overnight. Items left in the pool can clog the system and will result in a $1,000 fee.
Do not touch or tamper with the pool cleaning robot. If damaged, a $1,500 replacement fee will be charged.
4. Parking
No more than six (6) cars are allowed on the property at any time without host approval.

5. Pets
Pets are generally not allowed. We may consider small dogs only, on a case-by-case basis and with prior approval from us. Absolutely no cats.
If approved, a pet fee and security deposit will be required before arrival.
If an unauthorized pet is found, a $1,000 fee will be charged.

6. Checkout
Checkout must be completed according to the instructions provided. The home must be left neat and tidy.
Failure to follow checkout instructions may result in additional cleaning fees to cover extra time and resources needed for turnover.

7. Parties and Gatherings
WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS ARE PERMITTED WITH HOST APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING. THERE IS AN EVENT FEE IN ADDITION TO THE NIGHTLY RATE.. Any unauthorized party or disturbance will result in removal from the property, a $500 fee, and no refund for the stay.

Small children’s birthday gatherings inside the house are allowed if they are kept low-volume, tidy, and all guests are listed on the reservation.

Any additional visitors must be approved by us in advance.

Helium balloons are not allowed. High ceilings make removal difficult and may require special services at the guest’s expense
