Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Master Suite 1 features a King-sized Bed, 55 inch Hisense Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. A private desk is at your disposal for any work needs. The private, en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is across from the hall way bathroom and features a King-sized Bed, 42 inch TCL Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
Bedroom 3 is next to bedroom 2 and is a king size bed and a 42 inch TCL Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, with a reach in closet.
Bedroom 4 across from room 2 with full over full bunk beds, with a 42 inch TCL smart tv, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk in closet.
Bedroom 5 is at the end of the hall, with a king size bed and smart TV , celling fan controlled with a remote and a clothing hanger rod and drawers.

Hallway Bathroom is a tub shower combo with double vanity sinks.
