House Rules

By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the following house rules. These are in place to ensure safety, comfort, and respect for the property and neighbours.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if arranged in advance and subject to availability.

Identification

• A valid passport or Emirates ID is required from all guests before arrival, as per local regulations.

Guests & Visitors

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Day visitors are allowed with prior host approval only.
• No unregistered overnight guests are permitted.
• Residential use only – no parties, events, celebrations, or gatherings of any kind.

Children & Safety

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, beach, and outdoor areas.
• The property is equipped with a pool gate, fencing, first-aid kit, and fire extinguishers.
• Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking

• No smoking, shisha, or vaping indoors.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only, using designated areas.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Noise

• Please respect the neighbours at all times.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Cleanliness

• Please keep the villa tidy and dispose of rubbish using the provided bins.
• Extra cleaning services are available upon request and fees apply.
• Excessive mess or stains may result in additional cleaning charges.

Damage & Liability

• Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items.
• The host is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Security

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.
• Do not share keys or access codes with anyone outside your booking.
• Lost keys or access devices may incur a replacement fee.

Pool & Beach Use Rules

• Pool and beach use is entirely at guests’ own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• No diving, jumping, or rough play in or around the pool.
• No glass, sharp objects, or breakable items near the pool or beach area.
• Do not run on wet surfaces to avoid slips and injuries.
• Do not tamper with pool equipment, filters, or safety systems.
• No food or drinks inside the pool.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
• Swimming is not permitted during poor weather or low-visibility conditions.
• Guests must follow any local or community beach regulations.


Outdoor Shower Rules

• The outdoor shower is provided to rinse off sand and saltwater before entering the villa or pool.
• Please use water responsibly and ensure the shower is fully turned off after use.
• No soaps, shampoos, oils, or chemicals are to be used.
• Children must be supervised when using the outdoor shower.
• Do not hang towels, clothing, or personal items on the shower fixtures .
• Any leaks, damage, or issues must be reported immediately.
