Come for the beach, stay for the town of Southport! Just a nineteen-minute drive will get you over the bridge and onto the beach! Enjoy access to the exclusive, Private St. James Plantation Beach Club with Oceanfront Pool, restrooms, and private beach strand. (Note that paid, public parking on 72nd Street will need to be utilized.)
With a plethora of nature hiking, library, and restaurant options, you never have to leave the neighborhood! But if you want to go adventuring, you will also have Traveler access to the Club Villas pool, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island. Not to mention the many award-winning restaurants on the water in Southport, 5 minutes away!
Two Comfortable and private King Bedroom Suites share a kitchen and living /dining area. A living room balcony is perfect for watching the birds and sunsets. Our condo features comfortable beds with full privacy between sleeping areas, Smart TVs, and tasteful furnishings.

The Club Villas pool will typically be open for use from May 1st to the second week of October.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure youâre aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.
Things To Do:
Oak Island is known for its golden sand beaches, calming blue waters, friendly community, and proximity to the cities of Southport, Wilmington, and Myrtle Beach. There are many cute island coffee shops, stores, breweries, and a park that showcases a splash pad for summer fun! With a beautiful Golf Club open to summer travelers and over 100 public water access points, there is an abundance of all things adventurous to do on Oak Island!
If you'd like to keep your fitness routine going while on vacation, you can get an out-of-town Gym pass at Oak Island Recreation Center. Utilize the Rec Center's ample parking, put in at the Kayak ramp, and spend hours kayaking our beautiful marshes. Sit on the lawn and enjoy a night off cooking at our Weekly Friday night "Summer Concert In The Park" with a couple of local food truck options at this family-centric Live Music event. Beach Day takes place in Oak Island on the Friday before July 4th and features all-day activities followed by fireworks on the island that evening.
Visit Historic Southport, a seafaring town just five miles from our island, for a bigger nightlife. Southport, at the confluence of the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean, features a variety of different restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. It is one of our favorite places to walk around and check out different food and live music on the weekends. There are free parking options all over town, and you can easily walk to dozens of places while enjoying the breeze from the riverfront and admiring historic homes and general store buildings that date back to the early 1800s. Southport's State Fourth of July Festival is a three-day street fair with artists from all over the state, vendors, and food. It is truly like being in an Andy Griffith episode with the parade and grand finale fireworks show over the riverfront in Southport.
