Court rentals are $25.00/hr per court for non-members, with 7 tennis and 20 pickleball courts available, including 5 tennis and 8 pickleball courts with lights. These community courts are all within a few minutes walk from the house. Membership offers the benefit of waived court rental fees. This home is on a golf course. Occasionally an errant ball will land in the back yard or pool.

While this property does not allow pets, the owner occasionally travels to the home with a dog. As such, it is possible that there is dog dander in the home.
