Very charming villa with private pool close to the beach Casa El Camarote del Capitán is a charming and friendly holiday home in the elegant residential area of Fuente del Gallo, just a few steps from the beach and 2.5 km from the old town of Conil. The house owes its special architecture to its owner, who designed it himself, taking into account both sun and wind, so that you can always find the perfect spot. The terrace facing the pool with its comfortable furniture is certainly the most popular place to enjoy the mild evenings which continue until October. The whole garden is planted with many palm trees of different sizes and species and the huge crane flower gives the house a southern charm.
On the ground floor there is the elegant living room with dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is separate, but connected to the dining area by a practical service hatch. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The spacious master bedroom (two single beds joined together) with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and has access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy that first morning coffee in peace and quiet. There is also a shower that is accessed from the outside which is ideal when you come from the beach or need to fresh up when you are in the garden.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating, so that Casa El Camarote offers comfortable temperatures all year round.
From a stay of 14 days, intermediate cleaning and change of linen is included in the price.
