• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away
• 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in
• No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in

Late Check-Out Policy (subject to availability)
• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 25% of daily rate
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% of daily rate
• After 6:00 PM: Full daily rate
