* Smoking:
- Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. * Communication & Quiet Hours:
- Please be aware that host communication may not be available between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

- Your dog must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless they are in a kennel/crate.
- Please keep your dog off all furniture (sofas, beds, etc.).
