APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

1-room flat on the 4th floor for 2 persons. Entrance with wardrobe. Living room with living and sleeping area with access to the balcony including sitting and chilling possibilities. Sleeping corner with box spring bed 160 x 200cm and possibility to darken the room. Open kitchen with sitting area. Separate bathroom with tub/WC/sink. Outdoor parking space. Pets allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Skyline House is located in a quiet area in St. Moritz-Bad next to the lake. Public transport, shopping, restaurants and leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity.

SPECIAL
During your stay you can use the indoor swimming pool which is located in the house (closed after Easter until the beginning of June and the whole month of November). Bike and ski cellars can also be used free of charge.

Everything was really great about our stay. Location, cleanliness, confort at the apartment, storage places, all top! The only options perhaps would be a different pillow, much smaller than the extra large one used in this apartment. We did however, use the small zofa pillows instead.

There were some issues with emails not being received but after we called the office, everything got sorted out quickly. No issues to report, everything was fine. Everything was great and we thank the LOGA team for accommodating our late arrival and early departure. The pillows could be a bit more comfortable and it would be great if the apartment had a drying laundry rack.

Tolle Organisation durch LOGA. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit (z.B. Fernseher aus Wohnung darunter), richtig störend war vor allem der direkt anliegende Lift (ging auch wĂ€hrend der Nacht). Als recht unpraktisch haben wir die geringen Staumöglichkeiten empfunden: z. B. fehlt eine Ablage im Bad unterhalb des Spiegels, zu wenig FĂ€cher im Kleiderschrank, Töpfe in antiker Truhe (erst AbrĂ€umen der Truhe, die als Ablage fĂŒr Helme etc. gebraucht wurde). Die WandflĂ€chen ließen durchaus etwas mehr Möbel/Regal zu. Sehr angenehm ist das kleine Schwimmbad im Haus. Alles sehr gepflegt. Super Bett. Der Fernsehempfang ĂŒber WLAN ist schlecht, da immer wieder unterbrochen.

Sehr gut eingerichtet. Gutes bequemes Boxspring Bett. Sehr schöne und bequeme StĂŒhle am Esstisch. Bequemes Sofa und Sessel. Auch das Badezimmer mit der begehbaren Dusche ist toll. Hingegen wĂ€ren mehr Haken und eine Duschtuchstange an der Wand nĂŒtzlich. Die zwei Klebehaken können an den schönen Naturstein-Wandfliessen nicht haften.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Eine Handtuchhalterung (Stange) oder ein paar Haken mehr im Badezimmer wĂ€ren nötig. Die WohnungstĂŒrklinke ist ziemlich "wackelig", irgendetwas ist da nicht in Ordnung. Ansonsten war alles bestens.
