The space is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or longer stays, with a well-laid-out bedroom, a cozy living area, and everything you need for a smooth, comfortable stay.

Please Note: Al Marjan Island is a rapidly growing and vibrant destination. As a result, there is ongoing construction in some areas of the island, which may occasionally be noticeable during your stay. We recommend this property for guests who are comfortable with some activity in the surrounding area while enjoying the beautiful amenities and location.

A valid passport or Emirates ID must be provided prior to arrival.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Day visitors are allowed with prior host approval.
No unregistered overnight guests.

The apartment is for residential use only.
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

-Children & Safety
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool and BBQ area.
Safety features provided include a pool gate, first-aid kit, fire extinguishers, and fencing.

-Pets
Pets are not allowed.

-Smoking
No smoking, sheesha, or vaping indoors.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

-Noise
Please respect the neighbours at all times.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Excessive noise or disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.

-Cleanliness
Please keep the apartment tidy and dispose of waste using the provided bins.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request (extra charges apply).

-Damage & Liability
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
The host is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Travel insurance is recommended.

-Security
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa.
Do not share keys or access codes with anyone.

-Community / Shared Pool & Beach Rules
Use of the community/shared pool and beach is at guests’ own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
No diving, jumping, or rough play in or around the pool area.
No glass, sharp objects, or breakable items are permitted near the pool or beach.
Do not run on wet surfaces to prevent slips and injuries.
Guests must follow all community rules and posted signage.
Pool access hours and regulations set by the community must be respected.
Any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported immediately.
