The loft features a double bed, a comfortable sofa, a full bathroom, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a Smart TV, washer-dryer, and a closet.

The building offers shared areas such as a gym, swimming pool, barbecue area, Zoom/work area, coffee space, terrace, and a dedicated area for creating social media content. Some common areas require prior reservation and an extra cost.

- The pool fee is 5 soles for a two-hour session. (Per person)
- The gym fee is 5 soles for a one-hour session. (Per person)
- Both are subject to availability. These fees are set by the building administration (NOT by us)

The apartment is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit to make your arrival more comfortable. This kit includes:
