It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Guadalmina Alta and offers complete privacy. The villa has space for parking 4/5 cars off the road inside the gates. The house has been renovated throughout in a modern contemporary style and to the highest standards and is perfect for a family vacation. In the main house, which is all on one level, there are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. There is a work space for those who can't leave their work behind. Outside is the very spacious "casita" for teens, grandparents, staff or overnight guests with access to it's own bathroom. The spacious garden and pool have sunshine all day and there is a covered terrace with dining area and a pellet BBQ. In the garden we have a trampoline and ping pong table for fun family acitivites and an outdoor gym area.
The shops and restaurants of Guadalmina are a few minutes drive and the vibrant Puerto Banus is just 10 minutes away.

If you want to explore the coast it's an easy drive to the white sand beaches of Tarifa or inland villages of Benahavis, Mijas and Ronda.
