- Check in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Pools and hot tubs are open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
- South Recreation Pool & Spa is closed for the fall/winter season (Sept 10–Mar 31). Please enjoy one of the other two pool areas during your stay.
- Please note units do not have access to barbecues. Our common areas have access to barbecues.

- Check cancellation policy before booking. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including COVID-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. For these reasons we always recommend purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like these. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
