You will have a fully private studio with walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam mattress platform bed that is unbelievably comfortable! Outside picnic area and grills! Laundry room onsite with coin changer.

We allow up to two pets per booking. Pet fee is $75 and must be paid during reserving. Second pet is $25

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects all of pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.
