The property features two well-appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. The master bedroom boasts a cozy King bed, while the versatile second bedroom has a queen bed and an additional twin single bed. With two bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

At Kutuk 311, enjoy the warmth of a fireplace in the inviting living area that blends seamlessly with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you're cooking a hearty breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, the kitchen includes all the amenities you need.

Kutuk Condominiums features a convenient location just across the street from the ski slopes. There is a trail that you can end your day on that will bring you right to the edge of the property. The community features a large sundeck with beautiful views where there are also ski lockers for each condo so you dont have to worry about hauling your gear back to the condo. The sundeck also features a gas firepit, BBQ grills and picnic tables as well as 2 common area hot tubs. The clubhouse building where you will check-in also houses the community laundry facilities. The property has secure, paid underground parking and a shuttle service during the ski season.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Kutuk Condominiums are just a quick walk to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area where you will find dining, shopping & activities. In the winter, there is a ski access trail that comes right to the property boundary where you can walk to the sundeck and store your gear in the provided ski locker. Then, its just a quick walk across the street to get to the slopes in the morning. The property has a stream that flows between the two buildings and its so peaceful to hear in the summertime. You can just open the window from the condo and hear it. Kutuk also has secure parking, a huge sundeck with amenities like 2 hot tubs and a firepit. You are right in the heart of all of the Steamboat Ski Area activities but the property feels peaceful and on its own.
