* The private room and bathroom will be prepared and reserved solely for the guest—no one else will access or use either space during the stay.
Common Areas
* No access to the kitchen, living room, or building amenities.
* These areas are not included as the host lives onsite full-time and uses them to relax and wind down after work.
* A refrigerator is available in the room for guests to store food items.
* Please do not use the main refrigerator or kitchen.
* Guests may use the microwave only for heating food.
Quiet Hours
* Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
* Please keep noise to a minimum, including conversations, music, and phone calls.
Guests & Gatherings
* No parties, gatherings, or events—strictly enforced.
* The maximum number of guests must match the number approved in the reservation.
* Any violation of guest limits, parties, or gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and may include a $1000 violation fee.

Keys & Building Access
* Guests will receive:
* 1 key fob for building entry
* 2 keys (front door key and bedroom key)
* Lost or damaged keys or key fobs will incur a $100 replacement fee per item.
