I don’t like the late check in I did find a big bug in cabinet looked like a roach there were things that needed fixed Pice in fridge was brokeStereo on wall was broke had been taped shut I did call and report these and some other small things a c was good cold tho. Villa wasn’t real clean on check in I would recommend Lakewood tho we come every year year if you would like to refund me anything I will put it in next year rental thank you Dwayne

The check in people are more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than checking guests in so they might TRY to get a golf cart to keep from having to carry infant twins all over the property. They also could have let me check in a little early.... I realize that check in is set, but making people wait outside until exactly 4 is just stupidity. Also, get the ants under control!!!!
