Spacious Villa for a Relaxing Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 2909 Crater Lake Interior. The villa is currently on the market for sale and could use a little TLC in some areas, but overall it provided a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. The shaded parking area and outdoor sitting space were excellent features that we appreciated throughout our stay.The layout offers plenty of room, with three bedrooms plus a pull-out bed, making it a comfortable place for families or groups to stay. The living and sleeping spaces were spacious and met our needs well during our vacation.We enjoyed our time here and, as always, had a great stay at Lakewood. With a few updates and improvements, this property could be even better. Did I mention it’s for sale? If you’re interested, be sure to check this one out—it has a lot of potential and could make a wonderful vacation getaway or investment property.Overall, it provided a relaxing and enjoyable home base for our beach vacation.

We had a really good time. They have a splash pad for the kids and water slides and a lazy river and two pools one inside and it was really close to the beach. The house was in a great location and they have a place to rent golf carts. The host was great when messaged her about something they need fix’s like the microwave went out with in an hour we had got another. We had a really good time at Lakewood this was our second trip this year and have booked a house for next year. The weather was perfect this time around all sunshine and warm. We had a great time.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Appears to have mold on bathroom ceiling. Pullout couches were very flimsy and uncomfortable. Small bedrooms. Bathroom door was hard to open/shut and lock. The floor threshold in the bathroom was missing and nails were sticking out of the floor. Good covered deck, decent size living area. Palmetto bugs were a nuisance. They were all over the deck at night & we killed 3 indoor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
