Includes access to tennis and pickleball courts and three complex pools including one that is oceanfront. This unit is located close to beach access at Beaufort Street.

The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has two Queen beds. The third bedroom has a Double/Single bunk set. The second bathroom is off the hallway.
