The Space:

Aurea is centered around the view. Large glass doors connect the open living area to a private balcony overlooking Sayulita and the Pacific, giving you a comfortable place to begin the morning, share a meal outdoors, or unwind in the plunge pool as the light changes over town.



Inside, the residence is simple, bright, and practical. The living room and kitchen share an open layout, with island seating that keeps everyone connected whether you are preparing breakfast, planning the day, or returning from the beach. The full kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, coffee setup, and wine cooler, while two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide space for couples, friends, or a small family.



Outside the residence, Caivama adds a broader resort-style experience through its shared rooftop pools, fitness and wellness spaces, family pool, bar, lounges, and gathering areas. These amenities complement Aurea’s private balcony and plunge pool without replacing what distinguishes the condo itself: a relaxed place to stay with clear views across Sayulita to the ocean.

Spend the day exploring boutique shops, relaxing on the beach, learning to surf, or discovering one of the many cafés and restaurants that give the town its unmistakable character.



Caivama's hillside location offers a different perspective on the experience. Close enough to enjoy everything Sayulita has to offer, yet tucked away from the busiest streets, it provides a peaceful place to begin and end each day.



The surrounding Riviera Nayarit is equally rewarding to explore, with secluded beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Many guests enjoy walking between Caivama and downtown Sayulita, while others prefer renting a golf cart to explore the area at a more relaxed pace. Rental cars are also a great option for discovering the beaches, villages, and natural beauty found throughout the Riviera Nayarit.

Parking

Caivama does not offer on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf cart charging is not available within the community. If you plan to rent a vehicle or golf cart, we'll gladly provide nearby parking recommendations before your arrival.

Caivama is a boutique residential community where shared amenities are enjoyed by both owners and guests. We ask everyone to be respectful of neighbors and community spaces so all can enjoy a peaceful stay.



Location

Sayulita is a lively beach town. Depending on the season, music and community events may occasionally be heard throughout the area.
