About this space
Relax at this wonderful 2 bed 2 bath getaway, just a short stroll from Whitecap Beach! You will find coastal decor in the condo and resort-style amenities at the Beach Club including heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. Enjoy ocean breezes while drinking your beverage of choice on your private balcony while soaking in the beach life. Plenty of free parking, NO PETS PLEASE.

The space
This adorable condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances. Sit back and relax watching the television in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available.
You will have a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper bed in the living room, and two roll-a-way beds. Your condo also comes complete with bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.
Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back and relax in the hot tub. You also have 24-hour access to the fitness center and sauna.
Just a short 3 to 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing. Take the car and drive down the beach for miles or purchase a parking pass at a local convenience store and park right on the beach. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.

You will have access to the whole condo and the many amenities provided by the Beach Club, including a pool (heated) hot tub, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center & sauna, gazebo, & private lake for fishing or enjoying the view, and outdoor barbecue grills.
Other things to note
Our condo is a short three to five minute walk from beautiful Whitecap Beach. Our Guest Book highlights Padre Island beaches, local attractions, and the many restaurants in the area, some of which deliver! You can drive down the beach for miles, or purchase a parking pass from a convenience store, and park your vehicle on the beach while you enjoy the sun, surf, and amazing views.

Beach Club Condominiums Rules & Regulations
Rules & Regulation Violation fees start at $50.00
1. Park in assigned space only. Vehicles parked in someone elseâs reserved space will be towed at the ownerâs expense. DO NOT PARK IN A FIRE LANE! Auto repair is not allowed on property.
2. All boats, trailers & rvâs must be parked in the boat parking area and must be registered at the Beach Club Office. This is not a storage area and parking is limited to 7 consecutive days.
3. Sidewalks, driveways, entrances, hallways, stairwells, & parking lots, shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress.
4. Between 7:00 pm and 8:00 am all noise levels must be kept to a minimum. All other times we ask everyone to be respectful of others living below and around you. No moving furniture, no loud music/TVâs, loud talking, screaming, yelling or loud parties, no loitering, playing, running, or bouncing on the floors in the condo, hallways, stairwells or throughout the property. NO CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN 7:00 PM & 8:00 AM
5. Owners and Guests are not allowed to store or chain anything such as toys, wagons, bikes, tricycles, shoes, car seats, etc... in hallways or under stairwells. These items can be stored on your patios or balconies for up to 7 consecutive days after which time they need to be placed inside your storage closet or condo. Nothing is allowed to hang or be thrown over patio/balcony railings.
6. Trash must be thrown in the dumpsters. Do not leave trash or trash bags in hallways, at the mail center, laundry room, bbq areas, on patios or lying next to the dumpsters. Indoor/outdoor furniture, mattresses, appliances, or construction debris such as windows, doors, cabinets, counter tops, carpet/pad, are not allowed in dumpsters or anywhere on our property. Dumpsters are located at both ends of building 5. Dumpsters are for full time residents and guests only.
7. NO GLASS, NO SMOKING, NO PETS & NO TENTS/CANOPIES ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR FITNESS CENTER AREAS.
8. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The rinse station located in the pool area is great for rinsing off sand. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted in the sauna or fitness center unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Rental Tenants are only allowed to have 2 guests at the pool and fitness center. Please adhere to all pool rules posted in the pool area.
9. Subject to city restrictions a car rinse area is available for rinsing sand off items such as cars, trucks, umbrellas, chairs, coolers etc⊠even pets if you like. Please conserve water when you can. CLEANING FISH IS NOT ALLOWED and NO BOATS, TRAILERS OR RVS ARE ALLOWED! Anyone caught dumping chemicals down the water drain will be fined and reported to authorities.
10. Charcoal BBQ grills are available at the pool and throughout the property. Please clean up after yourselves so the next guest can enjoy the area. Personal grills cannot be used or stored on patios, balconies or storage rooms and if used must be 10 ft. from any building, overhang or vehicle. Management has the right to remove grills from these areas.
11. Beach Club has a two pet limit policy. If the homeowner has allowed you to bring your pet it must be on a leash & under the physical control of an adult at all times while outside. Pet waste must be promptly picked up and disposed of. For your convenience pet disposal bags and containers are located throughout the property. PETS CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED ON PATIOS/BALCONIES. Please make sure barking is limited so as not to disturb other guests.
RULES VIOLATION FEE SCHEDULE
VIOLATIONS WILL BE FINED AS FOLLOWS
1) $50.00 per glass container in pool area. In addition if glass is broken guests will be fined for actual cleanup costs by (staff or vendor). This fine also includes smoking, canopies & tents.
2) $100.00 pet in pool area violation.
3) $500.00 for inappropriate behavior/conduct in pool or hot tub.
4) $100.00 for tampering, defacing or damaging Beach Club Property plus actual cost of repairs. Fines could be higher depending on severity.
5) $50.00 per bag for trash bags left in hallway and for illegal trash dumping. Dumpsters are for owners who live here, rental guests & housekeeping after guest checkouts.
6) $150.00 for dumping construction debris plus cost of disposal. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE OWNERS, GUESTS OR CONTRACTORS ALLOWED TO USE OUR DUMPSTERS FOR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.
7) $50.00 per incident for not picking up after pets.
These are the most common Rule Violations. There are many other possible violations that could occur at any given time. Should any others arise the Board of Directors will determine the violation fee that will be assessed.
