Very quiet, serene, peaceful country setting, surrounded by acres of forests. Just 1/4 mile to Shenandoah Park, Appalachian Trail, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Skyline Drive. But, we are also just three minutes of fI-64 onto Exit 99. This location is the best of both worlds. Just 18 minutes to Staunton, and 22 minutes to Charlottesvile. Waynesboro is just a few miles away with a wide variety of good restaurants, shopping, farmers market, activities, movies and plays. The famous 151 Brew Trail is about twelve minutes from us.

* Pet Friendly - We welcome dogs up to 55 lbs. All shots must be current. Dogs that accompany their people can not be human or other dog aggressive or be Dogs who bark excessively. We love dogs and welcome your dog, but it must fit this profile. There is a wooded walking trail that adjoinsour property and we havve an enclosed back yard.

* Bluebird Guest Quarters is a self contained unit in a larger building on our property. Your rent includes all utilities, trash removal, landscaping, snow removal and high speed internet. Smart TV has many Streaming Services including Netflix, Prime, You Tube Premium. It has washer and dryer in unit, a large closet, patio with chairs, bbque and firepit. There is a full size refrigerator with small stove and other cooking accessories. Please see the pictures. We have only had single occupancy in the unit before. It is advertised as housing for two, but it is a smaller unit. Please ask us any questions about the unit and we will be happy to answer them.

* Most of our guests are health care professionals and stay 3-9 months with us. This is the perfect place for guests who are on short term job assignments, families or singles relocating to the area,
folks on long term vacations or YOU!

We do have a very reasonable security and pet deposit, which is refundable on the day you leave, if everything is in order. The cleaning fee of $175 however, is not refundable. We do sign leases with all our guests, as most are coming for extended stays.
