Extended Stays
For stays longer than 1 month, a mid-stay cleaning may be required at additional cost in addition to checkout cleaning. Supplies can be replenished weekly upon request at no charge.

Desert Pup Policy
We’re happy to welcome up to two well-trained dogs who are as lovely as their humans. A $250 pet fee (first day) helps us provide the extra care and deep cleaning required to keep our home beautiful for every guest. For the comfort and safety of all visitors, we do not allow cats. We kindly ask that pups be house-trained, respectful of furnishings, and never left unattended indoors unless crated.

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
Desert evenings can get cool, so pool and spa heating is available upon request to keep the water comfortable during your stay.
Heating may be added for $95 per night or $350 for the entire stay. Please let us know before arrival.
