The Space:

When you arrive at your Crystal Shores condo in Gulf Shores, put down your bags, change into your swimsuit and head out to the beautiful white-sand beach. A wooden boardwalk makes accessing the shore easy, and because the condo is Gulf front, you won't have to go very far to start building that sandcastle, take a dip in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf, or just spread out a blanket, pop up a beach umbrella and start relaxing! There are also wooden loungers and umbrellas available for rent during your stay.



While you're downstairs, enjoy the outdoor/indoor swim-through pool, outdoor hot tub, on-site sauna, exercise room, game room and exercise facility.

My mother and I planned a girls trip and we loved our condo! Our room was very clean when we arrived and everything was just perfect. Great balcony view of the beach! We are looking forward to booking again Lord willing next year!

Very nice

This place was very nice and clean. The location was perfect and Vacasa was great to work with! They were so accommodating and quick to respond to issues like our door code not working and having to move our arrival date up a couple days because of a sudden death in the family. We will visit again hopefully with warmer weather!

We booked at Crystal Shore because of the indoor/outdoor pool so our small children could play in the water and get out of the sun, however the pool was SO COLD we couldn’t even get in it in June!! We had to stay in the condo all afternoon . The condo was fine but we can book a condo anywhere - it was the covered pool we were booking for!

Great Location- Convenient to Evrtything

We enjoyed a fun week. Comfortable condo. Negatives included ceiling mold in the master bath and the sliding door off the living room to the balcony was very hard to slide.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. Very easy to get in and out, traffic was not bad at all. Beautiful view, loved the corner balcony view. Easy access to beach. Seemed to be less crowded beach than the surrounding condos. My only complaint is that you only get 1 fob to access the beach/pool/gym, so if everyone in your party doesn’t want to do the same thing at the same time it is inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again though!

Overall it was a good Condo. View is great! Sunset and sunrise and you can see if the pool is busy or not. You can tell the unit that needs some TLC. Patio doors really hard to open & there is a seal that keeps popping off, master bath toilet constantly runs, & broken exterior chairs.

Slow Customer Service

We had "fab" (key) issues and we reported it upon check-in. This problem was not resolved until the last day of our stay. We were disappointed that this process took so long and after multiple phone calls to get someone to fix it. There seemed to be a shortage of "onsite" personnel to assist us and it seemed to us that our reported problem was put on very low priority.
