@NativeResidence is an Ecological Boutique Hotel in the heart of K-38, Playas de Rosarito Mexico. Captivated by panoramic ocean views and rolling mountains, Native Residence is a place to detach from our fast paced modern lives. Enjoy a glass of wine at the community fire with family and friends or feel free to retreat back to your own private patio overlooking the great Pacific Ocean. We have spa services, yoga classes, surf lessons, romance packages, birthday packages, all upon request.



The Space:

Native Residence comprises of 9 private villas and 1 shared kitchen and common space.



Each villa includes its own private balcony or terrace, waterfall shower, bamboo sheets, projection TV, air-conditioning and heating.



The kitchen and common space include a full kitchen setup (grill, oven, refrigerator, cooking supplies, etc) along with comfortable bar and lounge seating inside. The Kitchen extends onto our spacious outdoor balcony where you can take in the view while enjoying a beverage or practicing yoga.



If you don't feel like cooking, we have our own delicious menu to choose from. Looking for a relaxing massage? Let us know and we will send our local spa therapists right to your room. Feeling like some Yoga? No problem, we have yoga instructor on request.



Any special requests for birthdays and anniversaries, please let us know. We are here to help create a wonderful experience for our guests.



Note: Casa 4 has two beds, a queen and a full sized pull out murphy bed.

Native Residence resides in the gated community of Costa Hermosa at Kilometer 38.



Other Things to Note:

Its important to us that all guests are provided peace and enjoyment during their stay. To ensure this, please follow the following rules



- No speakers aloud outside and low volume inside of room.

-Quite hours begin after 9pm

-Jacuzzi closes at 11pm

-No outside guests aloud

-Pets must be registered and $30 fee paid
