Under new ownership and thoughtfully refreshed, this inviting coastal condo is close to Yorkâs most popular attractions, a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping, and a quick 5 minute walk to the sandiest part of Long Sands Beach.
The space:
-Two-story condo (half of a duplex)
-Open living/kitchen area with large dining room
-Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar
-Half bath on first floor
Sleeping Arrangements (All Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms Upstairs):
-King bedroom with private bath
-Queen bedroom
-Bunk room (twin over full)
Amenities:
-Free Parking for 2 cars (no additional spaces available)
-Beach chairs and beach cart
-Multiple decks, including large back deck with outdoor dining and grill
-Small locked shed to store beach items (chairs, surfboards etc.)
Other things to note:
-7 night minimum: June-August, Sunday to Sunday Rental, no exceptions. 2 night minimum: All other months
-No pets, parties or smoking allowed.
-Ring Doorbell at Front Entrance.
-Sheets and bath towels provided. Must bring own beach towels.
-Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
