This condo boasts spectacular views of the golf course and desert mountains. With tropical-inspired furnishings, a gas fireplace, and updated appliances, you will find all of the comforts of home here. The shared pools and spas are perfect for spending days in the desert sunshine. The full kitchen is equipped with all you might need for perfect, home-cooked meals, while the large balcony has a private grill and plenty of seating to take in the scenery. Take advantage of the shared tennis court and well-equipped fitness room!

For music lovers, the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held at the Indio Polo Fields, just a little over 13 miles away. Travel a short seven miles to the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens to experience an array of desert critters and plants. The Coachella Valley is home to several world-class golf courses, so don't forget your clubs! Head to the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, El Paseo Drive, to do some upscale shopping. There are also a variety of restaurants, shops, and museums to explore.

Great relaxin stay

We enjoyed the condo, it was remodeled and very clean aswell. The neighbors were all friendly. Their were several pools in the entire community and the one we used was very nice, and we'll maintain. Over all, we had a great experience.

Wonderful Getaway

My husband surprised me with a short getaway - what a delightful surprise it was! Extremely clean, open, airy, well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies and beautiful view as well. The bathtub was wonderful as well. It was quiet, and peaceful for our stay. Thank you!!!

Found the location easy to access. The condo was clean except the top of the fridge. Probably an oversight..Would return but not just as one couple. Too large for just two people. Pools were easy to access. Great location for getting around

Clean, large, beautiful view I don’t believe it was advertised as a second story condo…the stairs were an issue for getting my luggage up & down Adding Kleenex to the home would be a nice improvement.

This was a nice house for our weeks stay

The house was clean, in good shape, and well equipped. The neighborhood is very well kept and the pools were nice. I would stay here again. The check in process is easy but confusing. There are multiple emails and texts for the check in process. At one point they want you to email them a picture of you driver’s license. It was legitimate but I though it was a phishing/scam email at first. Our stay there was very nice.

Perfect for Staycation

My family had a wonderful time in this property. It felt like home. We all have our own spaces and yet the living room and kitchen area are spacious enough to accommodate us during bonding time. The pool was wonderful. Very clean and safe. The cleanliness of the house is superb. There was just a small glitch in checking us in. We were only given a one-day gate/parking pass instead of 3. But it was easily fixed. We would definitely come back here.

I have an elderly sister with a walker. We were assured in writing that this was a ground unit. We arrive and the unit is second story with a 21 plus set of stairs and no elevator. The light at the top of the stairs was out so no light to enter the unit. Vacasa waited until the last day at noon to explain how to check in with required ID sent to them. They leave the office at 3:00 so it made this process extremely inconvenient while driving to the airport. Very poor management

Confortable house

Arriving at the house was a little confusing . The ad didn’t specify it was an upstairs unit . My parents were with me so it was a little of a challenge for them to go up and down the steps , they are almost 80. Walking in was refreshing with AC running and amazing view of gold course . Master bedroom was beautiful ! Enjoyed bath tub . Second bedroom was a little warm even with fan running , bathroom in 2nd room shower got clogged up and water was stagnant — had to call service guy. Extra blankets weee left unfolded in closets and didn’t know if they were clean or not . 3rd room had a pullout bed - a little uncomfortable to sleep in. Would of liked better instructions on property , on location and times for usage of pools and fitness center . I would give it a 6/10 .
