Situated within five miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Casa De Anza is a newly remodeled 2BR/2BA townhome with a sleek and modern aesthetic. Newly updated flooring, furnishings, and decor brighten every room. Spend sun-soaked afternoons by your private pool and spa, and char your favorites on the grill. A propane heater keeps things comfortable on cool nights. Large greenbelts separate the condos at this gated complex, and you will enjoy shared access to the tennis courts and a second on-site pool.

This posh townhome has an airy living space. Unwind on comfortable furnishings and watch TV while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, a gas range and ample counter space make it easy to whip up your favorite meals. When it's time to eat, perch at the kitchen bar or the formal dining table. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided.

A king bed, 45-inch TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom are featured in the primary bedroom. The bathroom is outfitted with a unique garden shower and a water closet, and a patio off the bedroom has a comfortable lounge area with palm tree views. The second bedroom has a king bed, plus its own patio with a lounge chair and additional seating. Lovely tile and a walk-in shower round out the en-suite bathroom.

This quiet community is close to Highway 111 and Palm Canyon. Discover cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance -- take a quick stroll to 4 Paws Coffee. Make a day trip to beautiful Joshua Tree National Park, less than an hour away.

Great space in a great location!

The property was easy to check-in and spotlessly clean on arrival. This was a great spot, private and quiet but close to everything. Pool was great and outdoor furniture was comfortable. Perfect stay for our long weekend!

Loved our stay! We worked from here for the week but it felt like vacation with all the extra space to enjoy, the private pool and hot tub in the back are wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay

The house was clean, comfortable and bright. We relaxed with friends and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It was nice to have such a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Would stay here again!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was super clean, well stocked, and all around very enjoyable. The pool was perfect for our small family. We could have easily spent more than a week here comfortably.

The house was very comfortable and quiet. Football was on and we couldn’t connect the tv so that was annoying. We all had a lot of space and the outdoor area was great!!!

The property had some quirks that impacted our experience. The new appliances weren’t fully installed. The fridge didn’t make ice. The oven wasn’t completely installed and didn’t open all the way. There weren’t any cleaning supplies available. The shower heads were pretty gunky and grippy stickers on the floor were pealing off. The dining chairs felt like they were going to break. The dishwasher was really old and had a film on it that transferred to the dishes. The property manager was able to bring us ice and some cleaning supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was really nice. I tried to add photos but got an error message. Happy to send otherwise

Please note that the ice machine will be looked at by the owner on his next visit, but our team will deliver a bag of ice for every reservation until the repair is made. The oven is working properly. There were basic cleaning supplies, but extra cleaning supplies were delivered to ensure guest satisfaction. The dining chairs were checked, and our team tightened the bolts to ensure they are firm. The shower head will be looked at on the next home visit. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We hope to host you again!

Absolutely perfect for our week in palm springs. The grotto style pool was a cool oasis tucked away from the world. Quiet, bright, beautifully furnished and all supplies we found withing made the experience unforgettable. We are already looking at dates to stay here again on our next trip
