The pool could have been heated more on cooler days.We had no hot water for a few days due to an electrical problem. Mary was very good at attending to this.

It is a nice home for our trip

This is a nice home in a nice community. It has plenty of space for a two bed room. It is in a quiet, neat, and convenient neighborhood. Check in and check out are quite smooth. We enjoyed the stay. The only thing is the cleaning service left two trash can full of trash in the kitchen closet, and the customer service did not respond it well. We left a headset in the room, the next guest let us in to take it which is quite touching for us.

Condition of property

Property needs help. Vertical blinds are wrecked and were put back together with tape. Air vents are Filthy.. Clothes were still in dryer. Something causing noise in garage disposal. Won't stay there again.

Enjoyed the condo and the quiet location but not the cool weather

The condo was very much like it was shown on the site. The kitchen was well equipped. The patio is close to the barbecue area. Overall we were very satisfied with the rental unit. We had an issue getting into the unit and the lady next door assisted us as she had helped the previous renters. I would suggest a more detailed account of how to access the key: ie put in the code and then slide the side panel to access the key. I would also suggest that hair blow dryers be added to the amenities in each bathroom. I had asked about these and was told there were not any as they weren't listed.

Clean, comfortable condo

First-floor gives easy access to both parking and the pool. Nice patio space is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We appreciated having twin beds in one bedroom for our children.

Disappointing Beds

Great location - Nice design - Nice neighborhood for walking - "KING" beds were two twin beds made up with a king fitted sheet to hold together - no transition support between the two beds - not the feel or comfort of a true king bed! Difficult to find our rental unit with nighttime arrival - unit numbers are very small and difficult to see - would have helped to have the building number and the unit number to find the unit!

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for a snowbird stay from Oct-March. It was exactly perfect for our small family of 2 young kids. Adjacent to the greens, and super close to the pool. It had everything that we needed. Including a large bed that separated into twin beds. Everyone in the complex was incredibly nice and we made lots of friends. Manager was amazing and available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Nice place that needs some care.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.The community seemed nice overall, however the condo needs some TLC. Garbage disposal is loud and we were afraid to use it. Sofa was too soft and not comfortable, blinds were not maintained, had to replace ones that were broken. Twin beds were small for an average sized person. We had to buy our own dish towels & cloths, plus supply other basic needs. No information on how to use the TV/cable such as channel list etc. & how to operate remote(s). Most of the issues were minor irritations but the aggregate speaks to a lack of care & oversight.

Great location, my folks used to live in sun city nearby. Place has all you need and a good price. Needs new curtains and the bed was not wildly comfortable. Hot tub and pool were very nice.

Family reunion

All the kids and grandkids came to celebrate my mom’s 90th bday. Not enough room for everyone in their little house in Sun City. This condo was the perfect choice. Great location, convenient to everything. Unit was spotless. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Pool was quiet, we never saw another person! We will definitely rent here again!

Nice Casita and Resort

We spent 2 weeks here (2 of us) and really enjoy the unit and resort. Oro Valley is a great place to be with plenty of biking and hiking available. It is a bit of a drive to get into Tucson (40 minutes) and to hikes like seven falls. The unit was clean and had everything we would expect in a vacation rental. Basic kitchen stuff and a few spices, we have learned to bring a box of spices from home. This was one of the few units we could find in the Tucson area that does not allow pets, which is a must for us. The unit itself is basic and could us a bit of updating but with two bedrooms and full bathrooms had plenty of room for us and we could see it working for a family or two couples. Resort grounds are very nice and the pool/hottub very clean and nice. Things are quiet at night which we wanted, and they do have a Friday early evening mixer every week. We will try to stay here again when we return to Tucson.

Plenty to do in the area from biking to hiking and golf. Restaurants and stores close by. Pool area has nice new tables and chairs.
