Very clean, convenient with excellent location. We were within walking distance to all the sightseeing, food and shopping. We were a short drive to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in.

My experience was excellent from the day I made the reservation. Very attentive. The place is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. They respond to messages quickly. Overall, I enjoyed it. I have another son graduating from the Marines soon, and I will definitely return to the same place. It's a 13minute walk from the entrance to Parris Island.

This was a very nice unit in a great location and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive to an issue with the AC unit and it was repaired very promptly. The porch was a great feature; there is a bit of road noise.

Cute small apartment. The street was very noisy. The balcony a nice touch but the furnature was not very comfy. Because of a series of misfortunes, we wanted to alter our stay by one day. We checked to make sure the unit was available but we were told it wasn't within their policies to do so. I realize that they have policies for a reason, but maybe have a little compassion? All things considered, it was a nice stay.

There will be some city noise everywhere downtown, but our travelers have always loved the location of the rental. It allows you to walk everywhere downtown and really experience Charleston on foot. We enjoyed our stay at this adorably decorated and centrally located house. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. Host was very quick to respond to all communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

DONOT RENT THIS HOME - its was absolutely disgusting and had a dirty smell! My husband is not one to say anything and he was disgusted by how dirty the place was. Your feet stuck to the floor, the bathroom had other peoples hair in it, base boards in the home had dirty and flith all over them, trash can had rush all on it, sinks in bathroom had build up on them, all the rugs and curtains had stains on them. The throw pillows on the bed had stains on it. Everything was covered in dust, the stairwell had hair balls all in it. There was a gold bar cart that had dust and glass ring marks from someone else leaving there drink on it. The blanket on couch smelled like it hadn't been washed in months. Stains all over couch and you left like you were sitting on a hard rock. We were to stay 5 night and didn't even make it 9 hrs, they did offer to come clean the apt however at that point we were so over the filth that we just wanted out and it would have taking hours for them to get it right if they even could have at that point. So they agreed to let us out and only pay for 1 night and be refunded the other 4 nights. They did not tell us that they would charge us the payout or cleaning fee, we were not refunded the 4 nights. Would not at all recommend you staying here, we all work way to hard for our money. I would look at another property to rent if I was you.

Location, location, location!

Walking distance from historic downtown Beaufort. Excellent restaurants in the area. Decor was fresh and modern. The living space was a little uncomfortable. Two little chairs and what seemed like a small futon. Overall, we spent a very nice week there.

Great location. Nice size for our stay. Easy checkin and check out. Excellent communication with the management. I'd recommend. I think the only issue (and my aunt didn't notice it so maybe it was just me) but it did have a slight off-smell. Maybe it was the air freshener? I'm not sure. But otherwise, it was a great spot. I'd recommend.

Good location

The host was wonderful. Amazing communication and super easy check in and absolutely one of the easiest checkout processes I’ve ever encountered. Location was great. Everything was an easy walking distance and of course, being located next to the chocolate tree definitely had its perks. The only reason they get a four overall is because it was not conducive for gathering. There was not any common area, other than a literal, broken futon and two upright chairs. So when traveling with a family understand that there’s no place for the family to actually sit and gather comfortably. In addition, the floors were dirty. There were bugs on the floor and my white socks were dirty within 30 seconds of walking on the floor in my stocking feet. The bathrooms were updated and clean, and the kitchen was updated and clean. I would recommend the property as long as the renter understands the limited gathering space.
