Guest Access:

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



The owner lives in the back section of the house, sharing a wall. The backyard is not accessible for guests as it’s for the owner’s use only. Owner doesn’t live in Seattle for most of the time in a year but will stay in the back section of this house when the owner short stays at Seattle.



Owner also parks his cars in the parking garage. Guest may have to move the car from time to time if you park in the garage.

We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



There are ongoing constructions nearby that you may hear when you open a window on business hours, however, the windows do a good job isolating the sound inside.

*. Noise Disclosure: The owners live in the back of the house and share a wall with this unit. You may occasionally hear noise from their side.

*. Camera Disclosure：For security and a smooth check-in process, this property is equipped with an outdoor camera at the front door. The device records video of the exterior entry area only. No indoor cameras are installed.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
