This unit is a nice and roomy 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that has all you need to prepare food. All appliances including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer! Convenient parking and walkable to local shops and restaurants. I will stay here again.

Very cute condo, within walking distance of several restaurants and if you’re ambitious to the beach. The detailed instructions via text ahead of time were very helpful.

It is a great location, clean rooms and supplied well. A little delay getting in the place but the hosts responded quickly even though we figured it out. Will stay here again if it works out.

Great location. Parking could be slightly wider. Even though host asked to PLEASE make sure each vehicle is within their lines and realign vehicle if not, you ALWAYS have the person that cannot be bothered to make sure their vehicle is straight within the parking lines which throws each parking space off for the next vehicle.

Great Location

We were in town for some business and pleasure and were looking for something downtown. This is placed right downtown with easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and parks.

Cute little apartment located in the heart of ludington, close to shops and restaurants. Linda was super helpful and quick with responses. It was a great stay for New Years Eve, but wouldnt have stayed for New Years day since none of the shops were open.

Fun beach weekend

Had a girls beach weekend and stayed here. Walking distance to almost everything we did. We did not use the kitchen at all. We only stayed 3 nights. Would stay again !

Great apartment in good location.

We had everything we needed and were only a block or so off the Main Street so we could easily walk to shops. There was a park a couple blocks away on the water by the marina that was great for the kids. The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchenware. We even had a nice deck/balcony with a table and chairs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay close to downtown Ludington.
