On the ground floor, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with air conditioning, comfortable sofa set, PlayStation 4 and pool table, and a WC. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the sun terrace by the pool. The first floor offers a bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooking the pool, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and TV, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. Another air conditioner is installed in the corridor on the first floor.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
