My girlfriends and I had the absolute best stay at The Funky House! The home itself is so adorable—so thoughtfully decorated and full of charm. It was the perfect setting for our girls’ weekend and felt both cozy and special.The hosts truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in a few hours early so I could set up decorations, which meant so much. The neighborhood was just as lovely—quiet, charming, and filled with friendly neighbors who made us feel so welcome.To top it all off, the next morning the hosts delivered breakfast to the house, with a delicious breakfast casserole, fresh fruit, and everything we needed for mimosas—even telling us to take our time and enjoy the day. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.I can’t recommend this place enough—we would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a perfectly curated dream. Every corner of this whimsical B&B is thoughtfully decorated with charm, color, and personality. But what makes it truly special is that it’s not just photogenic; it’s warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable.The hosts, Nickie and Tricia, are genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They’ve mastered the art of hospitality; present when you need them, but giving you complete privacy to relax and enjoy your stay. You can tell they’ve poured so much love into this place, and it shows in every detail.I originally booked The Little Funky House for family visiting from out of town because my own home was completely full—and it ended up being the best decision. Not only did they love their stay, but the guests staying in our home were jealous! :)Check-in and check-out? Effortless. No stress, no confusion - just smooth and easy from start to finish.And the breakfast… WOW. The homemade breakfast casserole alone is worth the stay. Serviced with fresh juices and fruit, coffee and milk of your choice - perfection.Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway, a cozy weekend, or just need a charming place to recharge, this is it. The location near White Rock Lake is ideal, the vibes are unmatched, and the experience is unforgettable.
