Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.
This unit has the potential to be excellent but has some things to improve upon. It must be newly renovated, the oven smelled as if it had never been used, the towels left lint and the heat didn’t turn on. They did address the heat and got it fixed quickly. The beds and furniture were comfortable but there is only 1 TV and it was in the master. We had to go to bedroom to watch the Kentucky Derby which was weird! There were some little ants in the bathroom and you could hear the neighbors in the hall and on the steps. Curtains would help it feel less open to the back deck of the other unit or the street out front. It was a wonderful location for the hospital or to walk downtown. If they address the ants, TV and privacy, it would be great!
