This property is located in Puerta del Mar, which is a resort style complex with beautiful and lush surroundings and privileged location overlooking the ocean. Gated complex with security guards at the entrance and two swimming pool areas: one is an infinity pool that also overlooks the ocean. The complex is minutes away from beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping alternatives. PDM is located in quiet residential area.

Once inside property gates, you will have two designated parking spots. The apartment is private for you and your family. Common areas shared with others include infinity pool, gazebo with bbq and seating area, kiddie pool, playground, other pool with cascade and landscaped trails.

Experience its magical and exquisite ocean view every day. It is a comfortable space where you can have fun and relax. It is located in the west coast of Puerto Rico, which offers many adventure opportunities. Fully equipped and furnished. You just need to get there with your luggage to enjoy your vacation.

Car rental is necessary for getting around Aguadilla. The property is 2 minutes from Route #107 which is one of the main roads in Aguadilla which leads you to its neighboring town Isabela within 10 minutes. Isabela is also known for its beaches and restaurants.

Newly remodeled Marina del Rey “boardwalk” in Downtown Aguadilla (5 minutes away) has different kiosks, restaurants, coffee shops & bars right on the beach coast.

The property has easy access to Route #2 (one of the main roads in Puerto Rico) that leads you to the west coast. We suggest to visit Rincon, which is only a 25 minute ride and is well known for surfing and has very good restaurants & bars as well). Aguada, only 15 minutes away has many restaurants & bars located on the beach coast as well.
