Habitación con:

- ⁠Cajón de estacionamiento.
- ⁠1 recámara y 1 baño.

Al departamento se ingresa con llave, la llave se encuentra en un LOCKBOX ubicado en la puerta del departamento. El día de su check in, únicamente mediante el chat de la reservación, se envían las claves para poder ingresar.

Al edificio se ingresa con QR personalizado para cada huésped. Es necesario enviar previamente los nombres de todos los huéspedes para poder generar sus accesos QR y puedan ingresar al edificio.

Mediante el chat de 9 de la mañana a las 12 de la noche.
Una vez confirmada la reservación, se proporciona un número de teléfono para emergencias.

Para ingresar a la torre departamental, es obligatorio mostrar al guardia del lobby un QR por huésped y una identificación oficial. En caso de ser menores de edad, avisar al anfitrión.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 PM. A fine will be imposed after the first warning if ignored.
3. Access will only be granted to registered guests and visitors on the platform and notified to the host. For security and building access protocol, each guest and visitor must present a QR code and an official ID upon arrival, matching the details provided in the Airbnb chat.
4. Parties are prohibited, and walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
5. Eating and drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. In case of stains, an additional cleaning fee or replacement will be charged.
6. A charge will apply for towels and/or sheets if they are stained, whether by makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the assigned parking space can be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. If it is a service animal, approval from the host is required.
12. The rules for amenities and parking must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location specified by the host.
14. The check-out time must be respected, or a fine may be incurred.

BUILDING AND AMENITIES GENERAL RULES

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host before 11 AM the day prior to using the amenity and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules for each amenity must be followed, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and noted in the photos of the listing.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damages.
4. Trash must be thrown into the trash chute in small bags. Glass, PET, and cardboard must NOT be thrown into the chute. Glass, PET, and cardboard should be disposed of in the recycling bin located behind the OAXACA restaurant in the plaza.

FINES

Violating any point of either set of rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

- Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain cannot be removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.
- Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
- Damage or loss of furniture and inventory: Cost of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 MXN charge will apply).
- Property damage: Cost of materials + labor costs + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
- Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will apply.
