Private country house set on 17 hectares of nature, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. The property accommodates up to 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms, a swimming pool (not heated), jacuzzi and a natural lagoon. Surrounded by over 600 varieties of trees, with cows and horses often roaming the land. The house includes a piano and spacious outdoor areas designed to enjoy the peaceful countryside. A unique retreat for a true nature escape.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and double bed

Two additional bedrooms for up to 3 guests each

One shared bathroom for these two bedrooms

One additional bathroom located near the kitchen and dining area

The property is located in a natural rural environment where farm animals such as cows and horses may roam freely.

The lagoon offers the possibility of fishing, although during periods of drought it may be dry.

Before arrival, guests will be asked to complete the guest registration form.

This includes:

ID or passport for each guest

Confirmation that the guests match the reservation

This is required to authorize entry through the country club.

The property is accessed through Los Cerrillos country club.

For security reasons:

ID will be requested for all guests before arrival

The IDs must match the people included in the reservation

The property has security cameras in exterior areas only.

Important notes:

The property cannot be used for filming, advertising or productions without prior authorization

A different rate applies for those activities

Horses on the property cannot be used freely. If guests wish to arrange a horseback activity, it must be coordinated in advance and includes an additional fee and insurance.

Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to enter the property

The property is not rented to groups under 30 years old

Pets are not allowed inside the jacuzzi

Bonfires are only allowed in designated areas

Filming or productions are not allowed without prior authorization

Guests must respect the natural environment and the property

At check-in guests will be asked to:

sign a simple agreement with basic property rules
