The space
Each room features a private full bathroom and a cozy kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. All rooms come with king-size beds, as well as single beds, and one of the rooms is furnished with a double bed. They also include a television and outdoor terraces, perfect for enjoying the surroundings

CHECK-IN WITH PERSONAL KEY DELIVERY:

Guests who meet the app requirements but have no reviews must:

Coordinate key handover time with the host in person.

Sign a short-term rental agreement for vacation or business purposes.

Present personal identification (even if already verified on the platform).

COMMUNICATION BEFORE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Please keep in touch to let us know your estimated arrival and departure times.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS:

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know who will be staying.

LATE CHECK-OUT:

If you need extra time to leave the house, let us know by your last night so we can respond accordingly.

If you need to check out before 11 a.m., please inform us in advance as well.

PETS:

Pets must be mentioned in your booking and carry an additional cost per stay.

Pets must not urinate or defecate inside the house. A USD $100 fine or equivalent will be charged for any traces found.

Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.

Use the designated mop if your pet urinates indoors.

Pick up any waste from garden or outdoor areas.

Do not allow pets near the dock area; there are crocodiles in the canal.

AIR CONDITIONING USE:

Please do not leave the AC running when not using the room, to help protect the environment.

PROPERTY DAMAGE:

Take care of everything in the house. If any incident or damage occurs, let us know. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:

Everything in the house is for your enjoyment. Do not take anything. Missing items will be charged, including towels, games, books, or decorations.

LINENS:

Do not use bath towels to clean surfaces. Avoid staining them with dyes or hard-to-remove substances. Damaged items will be charged for replacement.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed in rooms, living room, dining room, or kitchen.

Smoking is only allowed in the palapas near the canal or on balconies.

If nicotine odor is detected in restricted areas, a USD $100 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorizing.

ACCURACY IN NUMBER OF GUESTS:

The standard rate includes up to 16 guests.

For each additional guest (8 years and older), there is a USD $20 per night charge.

Children over 8 years old are considered extra guests and charged accordingly.

Unregistered guests are not allowed to use facilities or services.

We have cameras in permitted areas. If unregistered guests are detected, a USD $50 per person per night penalty will apply.

CLEANING:

A cleaning fee is included in the booking at check-out.

If the house is left excessively dirty, a USD $120 fee will be charged.

We do not expect deep cleaning, only that the house is left in reasonable condition.

For bookings with more than 16 guests, an additional USD $50 cleaning service charge will apply, as the workload increases for our staff.

KITCHEN:

All used dishes and utensils must be washed after use.

NOISE:

Please keep noise levels low before 9 a.m. and after 9 p.m.

Parties and events are not allowed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A MXN $10,000 damage deposit is required. It is fully refundable at check-out as long as no damage has occurred. This can be paid in cash or by card.
