The new, spacious apartment with its 90m² and its beautiful and modern furnishings offers plenty of space to feel good and relax.

You will feel the special atmosphere in here. The apartment offers a very spacious and bright living room with a premium sofa in warm colors, that will bring you cozy evenings. From the living room you can enter the balcony and enjoy the amazing mountain view. An option to withdraw is for example the reader's corner with cozy chairs. A fireplace makes it even more comfortable. Technique is also available, enjoy the Flat Screen TV and listen to your favorite music by using the stereo.

Three different furnished bed rooms will make you feel comfortable. There are two rooms with double beds, and one with a single bed. The holiday apartment "Bergzeit" also offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a comfortable dining area with a large table and a comfortable corner bench. The massage shower in the beautiful, bright bathroom lets you relax after a wonderful day of skiing. A separate WC is also available.

Holiday apartment in a great location at the foot of the mountain “Hausberg”

The holiday flat "Bergzeit" is located in a beautiful corner of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, very near the “Hausberg”, which you can reach on foot in only a few minutes. This mountain is a part of the ski area "Garmisch Classic" and promises alpine skiing pleasure for every demand - from leisurely to ambitious. Also in summer the mountain offers countless beautiful trails, ideal for hiking and running.
There's a railroad track right behind the house. The station, as well as the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the pedestrian zone with countless shopping possibilities, restaurants and cafes, are within walking distance. If you have a pet, you are welcome to take it with you to the holiday apartment "Bergzeit”. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. WiFi is available for free. A parking lot is available outside.
