Step out to explore local culinary delights with a McDonald’s right next door and a Morrisons supermarket just a stroll away, perfect for grabbing British favourites.
Welcome to our stylish and modern flat in Gibraltar! Our fully equipped apartment is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Here are just some of the features we offer:
⌂ Sleep comfortably in our luxuriously sized bed or the handy pull-out sofa bed with a spare mattress, suitable for up to 4 guests to stay per visit.
⌂ Stay connected with unlimited high-speed WiFi and a 45" Smart LED TV with over 100 channels.
⌂ Relax in comfort with double glazed windows, and a range of bathroom amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and toilet paper.
⌂ We also provide bath towels, hand towels, a hair dryer, cooking pans and pots, cutlery, glassware, and serving dishes.
⌂ For your convenience, we offer tea, coffee, sugar, as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a clothes dryer rack.
⌂ You'll find ample storage space with a built-in wardrobe and hangers.
⌂ Freshen up in a full bathroom complete with a relaxing bathtub.
⌂ Enjoy access to exclusive building amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool and squash courts (The pool is open approximately between May and late October each year with opening hours are approximately between 06:00 am and 09:00 pm).

Guests will be welcomed into the apartment with a welcome package consisting of locally sourced goods, and a guest book which gives thoughtful advice about life in town, restaurants and the unmissable season's sights.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us of their check out time and provide a copy of their passports or IDs when booking. For any additional needs or questions, we encourage our guests to use our contact information.
Guests will enjoy full access to the apartment and building amenities, including:
• Seasonal swimming pool
• Squash courts
The pool is open approximately between May and late October each year.
The opening hours are approximately between 06:00 am and 09:00 pm.
Other things to note
⌨ The lead guest must be over 21 years old and all guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter .
» Smoking is not allowed
» Sorry, no pets allowed
» Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11pm, as to respect our neighbours.
⌨ No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
⚿ Lost keys or getting locked out: £80 per key set for replacement plus £25 for keyfob and, £30 call out fee.
⌨ Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed.
