Para acceder al departamento se te registrará en caseta con un QR y se te dará una pulsera durante tu estancia, de esta manera podrás acceder a áreas comunes.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

1. No loud volume, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
2. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
3. Parties are prohibited, and wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
4. A charge will be applied for towels and/or sheets if they are soiled, either by makeup or other substances.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
6. Only park in the designated spot.
7. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
8. No pets. Service animals must present documentation.
9. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place indicated by the host.
10. An additional charge will be applied if electricity consumption exceeds the limit.

BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules of each amenity, which are provided in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the photos of the listing.
3. BBQ areas and study rooms are not available to Airbnb guests.
4. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
5. A respectful attitude and behavior towards neighbors and security guards must be maintained.

FINES

Violating any point of the rules may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.

Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees.

Additional cleaning due to excess dirt, fabric stains, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN.

Damage to the property: Cost of materials + labor cost + the cost of blocked nights for repairs.

Loss of keys and/or cards: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees.
