The space

Calablanca Residences is a three-bedroom apartment set within a gated community on Isla Barú's Caribbean coastline. The terrace faces the sea directly - an orientation that earns its keep at every hour of the day, from morning coffee to an evening drink. The building is served by an elevator, and free parking is available both in the on-site garage and on the street.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds: 1 king size bed, 2 double beds, and 2 single beds. Three full bathrooms mean no queuing at the start of the day. Each bedroom comes stocked with bed linens, hangers, room-darkening shades, and an in-room safe - the details handled before you arrive.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher cover the practicalities. The dining table seats the group inside, or take your plate to the terrace - the view makes every meal feel a little better.



Bathrooms and comfort

All 3 bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment comfortable through the heat of the day. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi handle the practical side when needed. For longer stays, a washer, dryer, and iron are all on hand, with clothing storage throughout.

Location

The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Beach essentials are provided - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight down without having to pack a thing. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.



Good to know

There is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector on the property. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated.
