The flat is located on the first floor and attic and is characterised by pleasant underfloor heating and open, bright living spaces. A gas fireplace, the included streaming TV subscriptions and the Nintendo Switch games console as well as other games and books for the entertainment of young and old ensure a cosy atmosphere.

Practical amenities such as our children's equipment (step, toilet seat, high chair, cot, toys, baby bath tub, stair protection and children's crockery) ensure carefree holidays for families with children.

Sports enthusiasts will also find space for their golf trolley and bike in the lockable bike shed.

The accommodation has two darkened bedrooms with mosquito screens and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and private sauna. A sunny balcony with a lounge seating area invites you to relax outdoors and, with the electric barbecue, offers the opportunity for a barbecue evening together.

Situated right next to fields and the edge of the forest, this holiday flat is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Despite the quiet location, you are only 350 metres from the nearest village centre, where you will find access to several shops and restaurants. The beach, a dog beach as well as access to a lake and opportunities for water sports activities are all within 2500 metres.
