Welcome to my 1-bedroom apartment in Marina Diamond 1, Dubai Marina, ideally located in the heart of the Marina with excellent access to transport links, dining, and nearby attractions. The apartment offers a comfortable and convenient stay with access to the building’s gym and swimming pool.



This spacious, fully furnished apartment features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The modern open-plan living and dining area, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, makes the apartment ideal for families, couples, or groups looking to enjoy a relaxed stay in Dubai Marina.



Unwind in the living area with a TV, or start your day with a coffee before heading out to explore the Marina. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, including a washing machine, for your convenience. Hotel-grade bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap. Complimentary tea and coffee are also included to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival.



Dubai Marina is known for its vibrant waterfront lifestyle, scenic promenades, and a wide selection of cafés and restaurants. With the DMCC Metro Station just a short walk away, exploring Dubai Marina, JBR, and the rest of the city is quick and easy.
