As part of Lakeland Village, during your stay, you'll have access to a shared hot tub, pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and sauna. When you aren't taking an invigorating dip in the pool, head for the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena, play in the sand at Pope Beach, practice your swing at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, and don your hiking shoes for serene walks around Emerald Bay State Park. Winter recreation opportunities are also abundant in this area! Indulge in thrilling rides down the slopes at Kirkwood Mountain Resort (35.6 miles), Squaw Valley Resort (38 miles), and Northstar California Resort (39.3 miles).





After a day filled with adventure, cozy up in front of the villa's gas fireplace and get comfortable for the evening. As the chef of your group prepares delicious dishes amidst the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, you can catch up on your favorite show on the living room's smart TV.





Boasting more than enough space for you and your favorite people, the villa features four bedrooms and an additional loft with two beds. The interior perks extend to a private washer/dryer,

a wood-burning fireplace, and internet access.





As the sun begins to set over the lake, fire up the gas grill, host a cookout, and reminisce on all of the fantastic memories you've made thus far.





COMPLEX AMENITIES

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great all around

Checkin/out was smooth and effortless. Location was great, just steps from the beach and a short walk to lake rentals, shops, and restaurants. Unit was clean and well maintained with all the amenities we needed laundry/kitchen/fireplace/tv.

Great Home

Very clean and spacious. Had everything you needed and close to the lake. I’ve stayed at a few of these and this one was by far the best in terms of quality and comfort. Just wished they would have more stainless steel cookware because the nonstick ones were all scratched up. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Lots of space for a family of 12 of all ages. Had everything we needed. Everyone’s electronics worked on the wifi!

Extremely close to lake and pool. Also just a very short walk on the lake to restaurants and water sport rentals. The cabin/condo itself was so comfortable and cozy. We were a family of 11 and we could not have enjoyed our stay more! Definitely coming back next summer!

Great Location and Clean and plenty of room for large group

Property was clean, only minor takeaways, not enough toilet paper, only 1 extra roll in each bathroom. Portable fans in downstairs bedroom did not work, and they do not provide basic items like salt, pepper, starter coffee pods kit or sugar packets. Side Note the toilet, shower is a very tight squeeze. It may not be convenient for mobility issues.

Our rental home hit a snag when on our way to Tahoe, somethings wrong with the condo and immediately alerted us that we will be re house to the same location . The alternate condo we got was clean and with a nice lake view in the dining room area . Kitchen , Showers and bathroom is clean and bedroom have comfortable beds . We were a group of 8 and everyone was comfortable . Location wise, Whole Foods is just right on the other side of the highway and Heavenly is only a few minutes of drive . Highly recommended

Good location, but not comfortable for winters

The property description was accurate and stay was fine except for 2 major concerns. 1) parking is in a lot that’s a small distance away from the property. Lugging supplies from car to the property during winters was a pain. 2) the heating is not sufficient to maintain a temp of 68 in the loft throughout the night. We had to keep the fireplace running and the 2 zones through the night to barely make it making the rooms downstairs super hot.

It was a beautiful place. Listing was very closed as listed. Beautiful view to the lake. Hot tub and pool was nice and heated on the cold snow season. However, we did encounter a few issues. One Stove handle was broken, we were a group of 12 and there wasn’t enough towels. No blender, no Roku or smart tv, internet was slow. The door knob on the first bedroom doesn’t lock for privacy. The first floor restroom toilet was too closed to the door. Also, and additional parking lot should be provided based on the number of people staying in the place.
